Heat Recovery Air Handling Unit
The edge profiles and reinforcement profiles forming the outer frame are manufactured from aluminum material by the extrusion process. The inner surfaces of the profiles are designed to be completely closed, thereby preventing the formation of recesses and protrusions that could cause dirt accumulation inside the unit.
In the unit housing created using our company’s proprietary special profiles and trims, there is no visible appearance of screws or rivets on the outer surface.
In air handling units, the unit cell is formed by mounting panels with galvanized steel inner and outer skins onto the profile frame. These panels are filled with 25 mm thick rock wool or polyurethane insulation to provide sound and thermal insulation. The standard panel thickness is 25 mm, and it can be increased to 50 mm upon request.
Thanks to the heat recovery unit (recuperator) used in this type of air handling unit, the heat of the exhaust air discharged from the space is recovered, resulting in energy savings.
