EMC-D Supply Grille (With Damper)

APPLICATION AREAS
This is a double-row blade grille with a parallel-blade damper. It is used as a supply air grille. The center blades are designed to be adjustable for air direction control. For airflow regulation, a parallel-blade damper is installed at the rear of the grille. In these grilles, airflow adjustment is carried out by moving the control lever on the front face of the grille left or right.

FEATURES
The grilles are manufactured using specially rolled aluminum profiles. After applying special filler to the joints between the grille and the outer frame and sanding the surface, they are chemically cleaned and coated with electrostatic powder paint. Standard dimensions are provided in the tables. Custom production in any size is available upon request.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Depending on the installation method, the specified dimensions are given as (L × H), where L = width and H = height. As standard, the grille is manufactured 10 mm smaller for duct mounting. If specified, production can be carried out according to net dimensions.

INSTALLATION MATERIALS, PACKAGING & TRANSPORTATION
Mounting screws are supplied with the grilles. Packaging is carried out using polyethylene film. Since the grilles are fragile and may deform, transportation must be handled with care.

The standard paint color is RAL 9010. Painting in all RAL colors is available upon request.
